Future Tech One was born out of the merger of long-standing and experienced companies Lowley and Vector Precision Engineering. Building on a 50 year history of both companies. Future Tech One will have an increased capacity and output with 24 hour round the clock operations.
The company utilises many lean manufacturing principles to gain maximum efficiency, incorporating a flexible manufacturing system (FMS), providing our customers with a flexibility of supply, improving the quality of components to eliminate waste and producing safety critical parts to tight tolerances whilst maintaining a reliable service.
Future Tech One is extremely proud of the strong partnerships we have established with our customer base which includes operating a stock holding service to allow for a 24 hour lead time response to customer delivery requirements as well as a ‘rapid response’ service which provides a 48 hour lead-time from order to delivery on specific pre-approved parts.
We are also developing high level Patent Pending Hydrogen technologies, with our partner business Hydro Tech One.
The company has a broad knowledge of machining materials including high carbon mild steel, high tensile steels, brass, 300 and 400 grade stainless steels, aluminium including aerospace grades, aluminium castings, copper, phosphor bronze, titanium and plastics such as Teflon, Nylon, PTFE and Delrin.
Future Tech One also manages a wide supplier base of sub contracted finishing processes including plating, heat treatment, anodising, galvanising, painting and tuft riding.
