Privacy notice

Future Tech One website, membership and communications · Updated 24 September 2026

Who is responsible

Future Tech One Ltd (Company No. 15054223), United Kingdom, is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Contact hello@futuretechone.com about this notice or your information.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we store your email address, name, account identifier and communication preferences. When you subscribe to the Journal, we store your email address, signup source, consent status and consent timestamp. The contact form continues to prepare a draft in your own email application and is not submitted to the website database.

How information is used

We use account information to provide membership functions such as saved stories and preferences. We use subscription information only for the Future Tech One communications you selected. Enquiry correspondence is used to respond to requests and assess partnership, investment and working opportunities.

Consent and communications

Journal and marketing consent is optional, recorded separately from account registration and may be withdrawn at any time. Use your account preferences or contact hello@futuretechone.com to unsubscribe while automated email preference links are being introduced.

Hosting and service providers

Supabase provides account, database and media infrastructure for the publishing platform. Hosting and email providers may process technical and delivery information required to operate and protect the services. Optional marketing providers will act as delivery layers while Future Tech One retains its own consent records.

Security and retention

Access controls and database policies separate public content, member information and private editorial records. We retain account and consent records while the service or subscription remains active and as required for legal or audit purposes.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection where applicable. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
